The Geometry of Sanganeri & Bagru Woodblock Carving
Behind every repeating floral jaal and booti motif lies a seasoned master carver using fine chisels on twenty-year-old seasoned teak blocks.

In the quiet workshops of Bagru, the rhythmic tap-tap of the chisel is the heartbeat of the village. A single teak block can take up to seven days of meticulous carving before it touches fabric.
Seasoned Teak Wood We use seasoned Sheesham and Sagwan wood that has dried naturally over decades to prevent warping when submerged repeatedly in natural dye vats.
The Human Touch The subtle imperfection—the slight variation in pigment pressure from the printer's palm—is the unmistakable proof of authentic human hands at work.
