2. Artisanal Craftsmanship & Textile Authenticity

Yellow Pickle celebrates authentic hand-crafted textiles, pure cotton mulmul, silks, hand-embroidery, and traditional block printing techniques.

Because our pieces are handcrafted by master artisans rather than automated mass-assembly machines, subtle variations in block print placement, natural dye depth, and yarn texture (such as organic slubs in handloom fabric) are intrinsic hallmarks of artisanal luxury. These distinct characteristics celebrate human touch and are not deemed defects.

3. Visual Representation & Color Accuracy

We take exceptional care to accurately capture and portray the true colors, drape, and detailing of each piece under professional daylight and studio conditions.

However, due to differences in monitor calibration, mobile screen color profiles (e.g. OLED vs. LCD), and brightness settings, the actual garment tone may have minor variations from what is displayed on your screen.

4. Orders, Pricing & Taxes

• Currency: All prices displayed on our website are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹).
• Goods and Services Tax (GST): Applicable GST rates under Indian law are calculated and clearly shown before order confirmation.
• Order Confirmation: An automated confirmation email and SMS with your unique Order ID will be generated upon successful order placement.
• Price Adjustments: Yellow Pickle reserves the right to adjust prices or offer promotional privileges at our discretion. In the rare event of a technical typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to contact you prior to shipment or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery

We provide express Pan-India shipping through verified logistics carriers including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and Speed Post.

• Dispatch Timeline: Ready-to-wear orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Bespoke alterations or made-to-measure pieces may take 3 to 6 business days.
• Transit Time: Metro deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch; regional locations typically take 4 to 7 business days.
• Delivery Address Accuracy: Clients are responsible for ensuring correct recipient name, address with landmark, and active 10-digit phone number. Yellow Pickle is not liable for delays resulting from inaccurate address details.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Alteration Guarantee

We want you to adore every Yellow Pickle piece you wear. If the size or fit isn't ideal:

• Return Window: You may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receipt.
• Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their signature branded dust bags with original tags intact.

7. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

No content, designs, or imagery may be reproduced, re-distributed, cloned, or commercially exploited without express written permission from Yellow Pickle Studio.
